In 1987 she graduated from the Minsk State Pedagogical Institute named after M. Gorky University with honors, and has specialty "Defectology (oligophrenopedagogy and speech therapy)", in 2001 she graduated from the postgraduate course of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University. She worked as a primary school teacher, speech therapist of special schools (1987-1996). Since 1996 she has been working at the BSPU as a lecturer, senior lecturer, head of the speech therapy department (2004 - 2009), associate professor of the department of speech therapy.

In 2004, she defended her Ph.D. tesis on the topic «A Differentiated Approach to Overcoming Agrammatism in Students of the school with severe speech impairment». She is author of about 100 publications, including educational and methodical manuals (for defectology teachers, students), scientific articles, educational programs, etc.

She is the head of scientific projects "Program-methodical support of the content of corrective education of children of preschool age with stuttering" (2006), "Develop scientific and methodological support for the activity of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission in the centers of corrective-developing education and rehabilitation" (2012 ). She takes part in the development of scientific projects on the problems of determining the content of corrective education for children with severe speech impairment; organization of the educational environment for children with speech disorders; methods of logopedic work with children in bilingualism conditions; use of supportive and alternative communication; vocational education and professional development of speech-language therapists. Repeatedly she participated in international educational projects.

Fruitfully she supervises the research activities of graduate students, undergraduates, students. The scientific work performed under her leadership has repeatedly won prizes at international and republican student Olympiads and conferences (BSPU, MGPU, Dragomanov National Pedagogical University, etc.), were rewarded with a grant from the Rector of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University, diplomas of the Ministry of Education at the Republican student competitions scientific works. Since 2006, she is the secretary of the certification commission of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University, specializing in "Correctional Pedagogy".

Constantly she cooperates with the institutions of special education and health care institution. Since 2011, she worked as a member of the Republican Qualification Commission of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus in the certification of pedagogical workers. Graduated with honors from the Pedagogical Faculty of Moscow State Pedagogical University M. Gorky in the specialty "Defectology". In 1985 she defended her Ph.D. dissertation for a thesis on «The peculiarities of realization of the relationship between educational and extracurricular work in a auxiliary school», under the guidance of the doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor V.N. Sineva. In 1988 she was awarded the title of Associate Professor.

For ten years she served as deputy dean of the defectology faculty for academic work (1986-1997).

In November 2011, she headed the Chair of Speech Therapy at the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank.
